Dynamic Leadership Conference

SxConference is the culminating event of the StudentsxCEOs Jakarta annual calendar — a full-day conference that brings together the entire SxC community alongside external guests for the most ambitious, wide-ranging conversation of the year.

The conference is structured around a central theme that shifts each year, reflecting the most pressing questions in leadership, industry, and society. Past themes have explored topics including leadership in uncertainty, the future of work, and the role of young Indonesians in shaping the nation's next chapter.

The main stage features a series of talk show panels — fast-paced, substantive, and deliberately diverse in perspective. Panelists include SxC Jakarta alumni who have gone on to build companies and lead organizations, alongside external executives and thought leaders who bring an outside view.

Breakout discussions give attendees the chance to go deeper on specific topics in smaller groups, facilitated by practitioners who can turn big ideas into practical frameworks.
